TAIWA, Taiwan–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Taiwan News Society (NTNS) will be republished with a new print and digital edition, with more local coverage and more local content to the Taiwan News.
The NTNS was founded in 1997 by Taipei City Councilman Hsiao Lian-yu, who was the first Taiwanese legislator to hold the position in the country.
The organization is dedicated to providing Taiwanans with information and information services to all sectors of society, including journalism, politics, government and social policy.
“This is a very important step forward in our efforts to strengthen the local media in Taiwan,” said Hsia, who has previously served as chairman of NTNS and as its executive director since its inception.
